Do not have the game installed any more? Write from any email address with your Player ID. We confirm by email and finish within 30 days.

You can delete your Zoom Zoom Zoo data at any time.

In the Game

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap LEGAL AND PRIVACY, then DELETE MY DATA.
  3. Confirm. The Game erases your progress, profile, Player ID, Builder levels, statistics, missions, reports and settings from your device and starts fresh.

When our online features are on, the same step also sends a request to delete the information we hold about your Player ID (profile, published levels, ratings you gave, match history and so on).

Without the Game installed

Write to zoomzoosupport@gmail.com from any email address and say "Delete my Zoom Zoom Zoo data". Please include your Player ID (shown on your Profile, 8 characters) so we can find it. We will confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted and what is kept

  • Deleted: your profile, Player ID, display name, avatar and banners, follows, published levels, ratings and likes you gave, scores and match history, purchases records we hold (not the app store's).
  • Kept for a limited time only if needed: records required by law (for example payment records held by the app store), and records needed to prevent fraud or abuse such as bans and reports. These are kept only as long as necessary.
  • Levels that other players already played may keep anonymous statistics (for example how many times they were cleared), but your name is removed.

Purchases

Deleting your data permanently deletes the Paw Coins and items tied to your Player ID. Refunds are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their rules.
